We are currently recruiting for a number of key positions including a Senior Sales Executive to join our thriving team.

This exciting role will allow the selected candidate the opportunity to sell from our 200+ range of cars at Ireland’s most competitive prices.

This is a demanding but rewarding role ensuring maximum volume in a highly efficient, timely and customer experience orientated manner adhering to our tailored vehicle sales and follow up process.

Duties and responsibilities include:

The ability to effectively maximise the opportunity to do business handling inbound sales enquiries via phone internet or in to assess and describe a customer’s trade in vehicle whilst building a strong rapport.

Attention to detail throughout a customer walkthrough of our vehicle to suit their needs and desires.

Confidence during presentation of figures to potential customers including finance figures, additional products etc. with the intention of agreeing a purchase and securing a deposit.

The successful candidate must adhere to our car sales process and follow up guidelines to help build trust and communicate efficiently exceeding customers expectations and improving our first in class online reviews.

The use of strong numeracy and literacy skills coupled with the ability to adapt to a new CRM system.

The successful candidate will ideally:

  • Have a strong desire to exceed set targets.
  • Be committed to the role with a drive to succeed.
  • Be efficient, with good attention to detail and follow-up.
  • Work well as part of a team.
  • Be an effective communicator.
  • Be flexible in your approach to work.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years sales experience.
  • Have a full, clean driving licence.
  • A positive attitude is essential.
  • Experience in the Motor Trade is essential.

Purchasing Administrator

As a result of significant operation expansions, we now require a Purchasing Administrator to join our expanding team.

This exciting role is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career in a purchasing role within a growing organisation. The successful candidate will work within a busy purchasing team with the opportunity to grow into a more hands on procurement role.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with the Purchasing Manager in procuring profitable used vehicles
  • Work proactively within the team to complete all duties accurately and to strict deadlines
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure all paperwork and documentation is received and recorded
  • Be a designated point of contact for suppliers and other departments regarding procurement
  • Update and maintain systems, website and reports with new vehicles purchased
  • Daily, Weekly & Monthly reporting
  • General administration and filing
  • Assist in process improvements

The use of strong numeracy and literacy skills coupled with the ability to adapt to a new CRM system.

The successful candidate will ideally:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise tasks
  • Have a can-do attitude
  • Have an interest in the Motor Industry
  • Motor Industry experience is an advantage but not essential

Qualified Mechanic/ Motor Technician

We are currently recruiting for a number of key positions including a career-oriented Qualified Mechanic / Motor Technician to join our thriving team.

The Role:

The ideal candidate will be experienced in all aspects of vehicle servicing and diagnostics and be capable of producing quality work in a busy environment.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensure full understanding of latest technology and how to diagnose and repair faults.
  • Carry out diagnosis, timing, repairs and servicing to the highest standards and to the appropriate specification.
  • Complete relevant service documentation (Job sheets, PDI’s, service reports).
  • Ensure that workshop housekeeping standards are maintained at all times including the use of tools.
  • To perform vehicle health checks to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
  • Notifying service advisors immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs can not be completed within the time promised.
  • Road-testing vehicles to spot check work performed.

What we are looking for?

  • You will be a qualified Motor Vehicle Technician, with a minimum 5 years experience.
  • You will have a desire to train and develop.
  • You will be organised, flexible and prepared to work as part of a team, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • You will be diligent and work well under pressure.
  • You will have experience in working to high standards of Health and Safety procedures.
  • You are required to have a full, valid, current & clean driver’s license.
  • Fluent English.
  • Be able to work to high standards and be highly motivated to learn.
  • You will be professional and maintain a high standard of personal presentation.
  • Ability to clearly complete job card write ups with a thorough understanding of the requirements of factory standards for warranty write-ups.
  • Possess the industry standard tools and equipment, however specialist tools will be provided.
  • NCT or DOE experience with be advantageous but not essential.
  • Previous experience working with ADP/Kerridge environment would be an advantage.
