I've purchased two cars there, a 2018 Fiat 500 for my dad, and a 2017 Mini One D for me afterwards. All good with the Fiat 500, but for the Mini One D, it came with a defective A/C that I was not warned about when the car was sold. I reached out to them only two weeks after collecting the car, as soon as I've noticed the problem with the A/C not working properly, and I was told that it was not covered under the warranty, and that I'd have to pay for the repair.
I don't think that's any fair though, since the car already came with a broken A/C, and I wasn't warned about this defect when I bought the car.
If you're buying a car here, beware to check absolutely everything before signing the contracts, as if you find any problems after signing the contracts, you'll be on your own.
