“Be careful when purchasing an extended warranty with Kylemore. I had a great experience when buying my car, and purchased a 2 year warranty with the car. Despite being told the warranty would cover everything except tyres and break pads I now have to pay a diagnostic fee of 90 euro+ vat for a minor issue, and have learned that whenever there might be an issue with the car I will always need to pay this diagnostic fee before the warranty kicks in. This was not how the car was sold to me. Disappointed, and will not be buying here again due to this.”

“Good to deal with, fairly straight forward. Samuel took care of everything for me. Would recommend. Edit- Sadly the car, being a Japanese import doesn’t have CarPlay. Which will cost me about €500 to fix.”
