“I "love my new used car". So after checking online for a VW Touran. I found one in Kylemore Cars. I called in and straight away I felt the energy and enthusiasm from the sales team ! I dealt with Donna and from the get go showed me a Touran they had on site which was a higher spec (good move) spent lots of time showing me the car , but I still wanted to see the other one ! with in an hour I was sent a video of the other Touran and offered to come and test drive it . I could not get back to them for two days , but when I arrived the two cars were ready for test driving. I dealt with Sam , Donna was off. But he knew about the inquiry and again really good to deal with. I bought the higher spec one ! Thanks for the good experience Donna and Sam , Justin”
