What is the Welcome Advisor role?

As our dealership expands, we require more talent to meet our growing needs.  This role is to provide a highly professional, friendly, and outstanding customer care/service to our customers.

We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as Welcome Advisor working the front desk in our aftersales department. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at our Service Centre. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Efficient and courteous handling of telephone calls, provide necessary information /guidance to the caller and transfer the calls to the relevant personnel.
  • Meet customers with a pleasant appearance on their arrival and guide them properly with courtesy.
  • Ensure that cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in the reception area and essential housekeeping standards are adhered to represent an appropriate corporate image.
  • Ensure customers’ details and business footfall is recorded accurately in the system.
  • Assist the service team in preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports.
  • General administrative and clerical support to the aftersales department.
  • Assist colleagues with the VRT process.
  • Monitor, maintain and order office supplies/inventory.
  • To ensure the highest standards of service and customer care are offered at all times.
  • To ensure that the service offered meets the highest operational standards set out by industry as best practice
  • To continually strive for improvements within your department.
  • To adhere to the core values of the dealership and to cooperate & assist other departments.

Essential Skills & Experience

Business Intelligence Analyst

Kylemore Cars is Ireland’s leading independent used car retailer, with +800 cars in stock. As a result of ongoing business growth, we are currently recruiting for a Business Intelligence Analyst position to join our team.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the role of the Business Intelligence Analyst is to support the development and implementation of a Business Intelligence strategy which will enhance decision-making, improve efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and manage risks through interpretation of our growing data set and utilization of key system functionality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collect, process and perform statistical analyses to discover useful information and recommendations which will enhance performance measurement of key functions (sales & marketing, purchasing, vehicle preparations and aftersales services).
  • Provide analytical input to the COO’s oversight of the development and implementation of the company’s business strategy, including leading identified analytical projects that will automate key purchasing and pricing decision through the development and use of regression (or similar) models.
  • Provide analytical input to the COO’s oversight of the effectiveness of business control environment across key functions, with a focus on data integrity and internal reporting accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other managers across key functions to support their understanding of data needs and opportunities to enhance decision-making based on data insights. In doing so, support the COO in improving the general data literacy across the company.
  •  Support the Technology Manager with ongoing maintenance of key systems and IT infrastructure, including contributing to key technology related projects, as required.

Required skills:

  • Proficient analytical skills, including data cleaning and statistical analysis
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with great planning and organisational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with technical and non-technical colleagues

Education & Experience:

  • Relevant Business Intelligence / Data Science academic qualification(s)
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel including advanced functions and data analysis tools, with additional analytical / data programming languages a key advantage (e.g. Power BI, R, SAS, Python)
  • Prior experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams to improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) a key advantage.
  • Prior experience in automotive industry systems not essential however desirable (e.g. Key Loop).
  • Must speak fluent English. All applicants must hold a Stamp 4, EU passport or Irish Citizenship.

Motor Mechanic

Kylemore Cars is Ireland’s leading independent used car retailer.   As a result of significant expansion, we are currently recruiting for a number of key positions including a qualified Motor Mechanic to join our team.

The role of a mechanic involves repairing vehicles and conducting maintenance checks to ensure the automobile is in good running order. High-quality mechanics are an essential part of ensuring road safety and preventing accidents. The candidate must have excellent technical knowledge of a wide array of vehicles.

 The typical duties include:

  • Conducting vehicle checks to see if repairs are necessary and the level of urgency required.
  • Fitting of various wear & tear parts.
  • Testing automobiles to ensure the repairs were successful. This process may necessitate a road test.
  • Changing tyres, balancing & alignment of wheels.
  • Standard servicing of vehicles.
  • Conducting pre NCT / DOE inspections on vehicles.
  • Working with car accessory databases and requesting parts.
  • Updating vehicle maintenance records.
  • Maintaining work logs, repairs, and maintenance records.
  • Completing work within company standards.

Skills

  • A reasonable degree of fitness.

This exciting role will involve working to oversee the progress of our 300+ used cars. This is a key role in ensuring a highly efficient, timely and cost-effective vehicle delivery process and an excellent customer experience both on our premises.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Making sure all vehicles are exquisitely presented to a premium standard
  • Preparing new arrivals, including full valet.
  • ·Check in vehicle as it arrives into stock..
  • ·Weekly stock check to be completed on site.
  • ·Other ad-hoc duties will include general showroom and facility upkeep.

The successful candidate will ideally:

This exciting role will allow the selected candidate the opportunity to sell from our 200+ range of cars at Ireland’s most competitive prices.

This is a demanding but rewarding role ensuring maximum volume in a highly efficient, timely and customer experience orientated manner adhering to our tailored vehicle sales and follow up process.

Duties and responsibilities include:

The ability to effectively maximize the opportunity to do business handling inbound sales enquiries via phone, online or in to assess and describe a customer’s trade in vehicle whilst building a strong rapport.

Attention to detail throughout a customer walkthrough of our vehicle to suit their needs and desires.

Confidence during presentation of figures to potential customers including finance figures, additional products etc. with the intention of agreeing a purchase and securing a deposit.

The successful candidate must adhere to our car sales process and follow up guidelines to help build trust and communicate efficiently exceeding customers expectations and improving our first in class online reviews.

The use of strong numeracy and literacy skills coupled with the ability to adapt to a new CRM system.
