Social Media Intern

Kylemore Cars is Ireland’s fastest growing Used Vehicle Retailers.

As a result of significant operation expansions, we now require a Social Media Intern to join our expanding team. This exciting role is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career in a digital marketing role within a growing organisation.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the creation, posting and scheduling of social media content
  • Editing, captioning and preparing content for all social media platforms
  • Organising and directing sales videos of the cars
  • Tracking and recording social media post performance data
  • Respond to and process any enquiries about our products or services through our social media platforms
  • Monitor postings to ensure brand message is constant from the terminology used to images posted
  • Scheduling content for multiple platforms
  • Brainstorm new and creative posts that align with existing content strategy
  • Respond to reviews on all platforms
  • Conduct competitor analysis
  • Brainstorm ideas on how to grow our social media followings
  • Monitor trends on social media and create relevant content as a result

We’re looking for a part-time social media intern to join our busy marketing team. The ideal candidate should be an enthusiastic and hard-working individual looking for hands-on experience in social and digital media, with a passion for creating engaging social media content. Kylemore Cars is a leading supplier of quality used vehicles based just off the Kylemore Road.

This role will allow you to gain experience working on exciting social media campaigns, and allow you to explore your creativity in designing social media content. This role will also allow you to learn about all of the indirect processes and efforts that are involved with social media. This will be a paid internship and you will be required to work a maximum of 2 days per week or minimum of 1 day per week.

Senior Buyer – Motor Industry (WFH UK)

As a result of significant operation expansions, we now require a Senior Buyer to join our expanding team.

This exciting role is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career in a procurement role within a growing organisation. The successful candidate will work remotely from the UK as part of a busy purchasing team based in the Republic of Ireland.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Procuring profitable used vehicles across several jurisdictions including the UK and Ireland.
  • Support the purchase function and communicate any supply problems which may impact on business operations
  • Work proactively within the team to complete all duties accurately and to strict deadlines
  • Liaise with internal and external parties at all stages of the procurement process
  • Update and maintain systems, website and reports with new vehicles purchased
  • Daily, Weekly & Monthly reporting
  • Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships
  • Continuous research of new supply chains and develop and maintain relationships with new suppliers
  • Assist in process improvements

The use of strong numeracy and literacy skills coupled with the ability to adapt to a new CRM system.

The successful candidate will ideally:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • The ability to create strong, long term relationships with suppliers
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise tasks
  • Have a can-do attitude
  • Motor Industry experience is an advantage but not essential

Base Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 + Commission (OTE £70,000 to £80,000)

Senior Administrator

As a result of significant operation expansions, we now require an experienced and organised Administrator to join our expanding team.

This exciting role is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career within a growing organisation. This is a dynamic role which will give the successful candidate the opportunity to work with all areas of the organisation.

Reporting directly to our Service Centre Manager, the individual will work closely with staff and managers across the organisation and will take full ownership of the administration and stock management system within our Service Centre. The role would suit a highly organised and proactive individual who enjoys taking ownership of tasks and processes.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with Service centre staff with regards to the ordering of vehicle parts and accessories
  • Managing the goods in process and adding stock to our stock management
  • Managing and monitoring the parts returns process and ensuring our stock levels are adequate
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting to the Service Centre Manager
  • Dealing directly with suppliers regarding ordering and returns
  • Working closely with the workshop staff in issuing daily job cards and invoicing off work completed.
  • Communicating effectively with the accounts department regarding purchasing and providing assistance in reconciling stock and supplier accounts
  • General filing and recording of data.

The use of strong numeracy and literacy skills coupled with the ability to adapt to a new CRM system.

The successful candidate will ideally:

  • 3rd Level Qualification in Business/Administration desired but not essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in a busy administration environment
