Customer Relations Advisor Role
Kylemore Cars is Ireland’s leading
independent used car retailer, with +1000 cars in stock. We are currently
recruiting a Customer Relations Advisor to join our team.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this
role will be key in supporting the Business, Sales Team & Service Centre
with a focus on customer experience and satisfaction. This exciting role is a great opportunity
for someone who wants to work in a fast paced and growing business.
Key duties and responsibilities:

Welcome customers and direct
them to relevant person.
·
Manage the central phone lines
and provide support for relevant teams including updating relevant template for
internal communications.
·
Customer care and escalation to
relevant Manager where required.
·
Administrative duties including
reception log, sign in/sign out sheets and footfall monitoring.
·
Supplies maintenance and
ordering.
·
NCT Refund and customer
referral management.
·
Updating Core system for customer
reviews.
·
Change of Ownership for
customer (support for team).
·
Management of spare key process.
·
Ad hoc tasks assigned by line
manager.
Skills
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with customers,
colleagues and external third parties.
·
Must speak fluent English.
· Ability to adapt to a new CRM
system.
·
Strong attention to detail.
·
Ability to work well in a
process driven environment.
·
Ability to self-prioritise
tasks.
Education and experience
·
Candidate must have proven
experience in a similar accounts office role and hold Leaving Certificate or
equivalent with further qualifications an advantage.
