Finance/Business Manager
Kylemore Cars is Ireland’s fastest growing Used Vehicle Retailer.
As a result of significant operation expansions, our new custom built showroom is due to open in Ballymount, Dublin 12.
We are currently recruiting for a number of key positions including a Business/Finance Manager to join our thriving team.
This exciting role will allow the selected candidate the opportunity to sell finance from our 200+ range of cars at Ireland’s most competitive prices.
Duties and responsibilities include:
The ability to effectively maximize new business opportunities through the handling of inbound finance enquiries via phone, internet or face-to-face with customers, whilst building a strong rapport.
Precise attention to detail during all communications with customers to ensure the selected vehicle matches perfectly to their needs and desires.
Confidence during the presentation of figures and rates to potential customers with the ability to upsell suitable additional products on the journey to agreeing a deal and securing a deposit.
The desire to strive to exceed the customer’s expectations through strong adherence to our car sales process and follow-up guidelines.
The use of strong numeracy and literacy skills coupled with the ability to adapt to a new DMS/CRM system.
The successful candidate will ideally:
- Have a strong desire to exceed set targets.
- Motor Trade Experience a MUST.
- Institute of Banking APA qualification
- Be committed to the role with a drive to succeed.
- Be efficient, with good attention to detail and follow-up.
- Work well as part of a team.
- Be an effective communicator.
- Be flexible in your approach to work.
- Have a minimum of 3 years finance experience.
- Have a full, clean driving licence.
- A positive attitude is essential.

Salary:
- Competitive salary package, adaptable to skill set and experience of applicant
- On Target Earnings -€55,000-€60,000
